Man denies murdering man in Douglas house fire

A man has gone on trial accused of murdering a 61-year-old who died in a fire at a house in the Isle of Man.

Simon Leece, 35, of Fairfield Terrace, Douglas, denies murdering builder Terence Losh, who was found dead in Demesne Road in Douglas last March.

He also denies committing arson with intent to endanger life and damage property.

The trial, held at Douglas Courthouse, is expected to last three weeks.
