Police appeal after man assaulted in Douglas nightclub

A 31-year-old man was seriously assaulted in an Isle of Man nightclub.

The man was attacked in the cloakroom of Colours Nightclub in Central Promenade, Douglas, at 0115 BST on 1 August. He suffered facial injuries.

Police released the details on Wednesday, to trace the attacker. He is described as of "Oriental appearance" and of medium build.

Officers believe people in the club will have seen the attack and have urged them to contact Manx police.
