A Manx man has completed a 7km (4.3 mile) swim across the Solent while holding the Three Legs of Mann.

Olly Pemberton finished the challenge in under two hours to raise money for charity, the One Foundation.

The 24-year-old from Santon has also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, run the Inca Trail and driven from the Isle of Man to Mongolia, all with the Manx flag.

Mr Pemberton said: "It was tough going but surprisingly not too cold. The full English breakfast I had before helped."

The Solent challenge was organised as part of the Isle of Wight pop festival.
