A lantern parade organised by the Isle of Man Arts Council has been re-scheduled for the 1 December.

The parade had been due to be held in Douglas last week after the Christmas lights were switched but was postponed due to strong-winds.

Participants should meet in Nelson Street in Douglas at 19:00 GMT for a 19:15 GMT start.

The parade will end at the Villa Marina Arcade where there will be carol singing with the Wurlitzer.
