Ballamodha crash: Motorcyclist transferred to Liverpool
A motorcyclist who sustained serious injuries in a accident in the Isle of Man has been transferred to Walton Hospital in Liverpool.
The 39-year-old Colby man sustained the injuries in a crash on the Ballamodha straight on Monday.
He was travelling south at around 17:40 GMT when he came off his blue Suzuki bike and was taken to Noble's Hospital.
A police spokesman said no other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the accident.
Any witnesses to the crash are asked to contact police headquarters.
