Isle of Man surgery delays after 'fluid leak'
Surgery delays are expected in the Isle of Man after two theatres at Noble's hospital had to be temporarily closed due to a problem with air filters.
Fluid has leaked into the filters which are part of essential controls to reduce the risk of airborne infection.
A health department spokesman said the closure had caused some orthopaedic operations to be delayed.
He added that the theatres would reopen on 2 April and patients would be informed of any time changes.
