Isle of Man RNLI lifeboat day raises thousands
Lifeboat crews from across the Isle of Man have raised thousands of pounds for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) on the charity's annual SOS day.
Car washes, lunches, coffee mornings and tombolas were held on Friday.
The Port Erin station raised about £2,500, while £1,000 was raised by the Peel station, £500 in Ramsey and almost £2,000 in Douglas.
RNLI SOS day events are held across the British Isles every year to help the charity meet annual costs of £122m.
