Man charged after cannabis plants found in Douglas

A 57-year-old man has been charged with drugs offences after six large cannabis plants were found by police in the Isle of Man.

The plants were seized during a raid on Monday in Douglas. Manx officers did not provide a street value for the drugs.

A police spokesman said the Douglas resident, of Head Road, was charged with cannabis cultivation.

He was also charged with possession of a class B drug.
