Three people in court over IoM airport heroin seizure

Two men from Ramsey have been charged with serious drugs offences after heroin with a street value of £22,600 was seized at Ronaldsway airport.

The men, aged 36 and 32, were arrested at the Isle of Man airport on Tuesday and will appear in court later.

A 61-year-old woman from Ramsey will also appear at Douglas courthouse charged with money laundering.

Sgt Paul Holland said the Pro Active Team will "continue to target drugs that pose a risk in our community".
