Jersey's Roseneath Centre will close this month
A Jersey residential home for homeless people with addiction problems will close this month.
Roseneath Centre is funded by the States and a charitable trust but is closing because of a lack of money.
Mary Osmond, secretary of the Roseneath committee, said 15 of the 17 people living there had found new homes and the States departments were working together to re-home the others.
But she said they would continue to receive support for their problems.
Roseneath opened 30 years ago and can house up to 30 homeless or vulnerable adults.
It was announced in October that funding problems meant Roseneath would close in March but it was confirmed this had now been brought forward.
