Esplanade quarter finance centre building gets go ahead

Plans for a new office block and underground car park in St Helier have been approved by the planning minister.
It is the second building in Jersey's new Esplanade Quarter finance centre to be given the go-ahead.
The Jersey Development Company plans to construct six buildings on the site - with the office and car park to be completed by 2016.
Deputy Rob Duhamel has confirmed the three-storey car park would be able to hold 520 cars.
