Work to uncover the secrets of the world's largest hoard of Celtic coins has started in Jersey.

The team at the Jersey Museum in the capital, St Helier, will work in full view of the public.

The hoard, thought to contain about 70,000 coins, was discovered by two metal detector enthusiasts in 2011.
