A man has been found guilty of four charges of indecent assault against two girls dating back 20 years.

Nicholas Price Marvin, 51, of Old St John's Road, St Helier, had denied 11 charges of sexual abuse. The jury acquitted him of seven.

They took seven hours to reach their verdict at Jersey's Royal Court on Wednesday.

Judge Commissioner Julian Clyde Smith remanded Marvin in custody and told him to expect a prison sentence.

Marvin will next appear in court on Friday.
