Cuba relaxes foreign play baseball rules

Cuba is allowing its baseball players to sign contracts with foreign, professional teams for the first time since the revolution.

The move is an attempt to stop a tidal wave of defections - but with the US trade embargo still in place, playing for an American team still remains off-limits.
