Concerns of racism in Israeli football

Football personalities and senior political figures in Israel have condemned recent racist incidents, relating to one of the country's largest football clubs.

Last month Beitar Jerusalem signed two Chechen players, breaking a tradition of not signing Arabs or Muslims.

Fans have been protesting at games and training sessions, calling for the Beitar team to be kept 'pure'.
