Syria conflict: At least seven dead in Damascus blast

At least seven people have died and more than 65 have been injured in a car bomb explosion in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

The incident occurred the day the UN announced that the death toll in the country's two-year-long conflict has passed 100,000.
