Egypt crisis: Cairo 'holding its breath' after violence

The death toll is continuing to climb following violent clashes in Egypt.

The Muslim Brotherhood, which is calling for the reinstatement of the deposed president Mohammed Morsi, said it remained defiant and was planning further demonstrations.

The BBC's Jeremy Bowen in Cairo was asked if he thought the mood on the streets was calm following Wednesday's violent clashes.
