Syria 'submits chemical weapons data' to Hague watchdog

The Syrian government has started handing over details of its chemical weapons to the international community's chemical weapons watchdog in the Hague.

A spokesman for the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons said it had received an initial declaration from Syria, but was expecting more.

Syria was given a Saturday deadline to give a full list of its chemical arms. Richard Galpin reports.
