'Serious funding shortfall in Syria,' says UN agency

The World Food Programme says it has a serious funding shortfall for its work in Syria.

The UN agency says it needs to raise money to help more than four million people displaced within Syria, as well as almost three million refugees in neighbouring countries.

The BBC's Rami Ruhayem reports from the Syrian capital Damascus.
