NRA's Wayne La Pierre calls for armed school police

The executive vice president of America's largest gun rights lobby has called on Congress to "act immediately" to put armed police in every school in the US.

Wayne LaPierre, of the National Rifle Association, was speaking one week after a gunman killed 20 children and six adults in an attack on a school in Connecticut.
