Help

US President Obama has been visiting three US states to rally support for an increase in the minimum wage and investment in manufacturing and infrastructure.

Mr Obama's tour, which began in North Carolina, follows his State of the Union address on Tuesday.

In that speech, he called for measures to strengthen the middle class, as well as gun restrictions, immigration reform, and action on climate change.

Mark Mardell reports.
