Huge winter carnival draws crowds to icy Quebec


For 17 days in February Quebec becomes party central for lovers of all things wintery, as the city plays host to the world's largest winter carnival.

The festival offers a huge array of events and attractions includes gruelling canoe races on the icy St. Lawrence River, carnival parades and the chance to take your clothes off in temperatures of minus twenty degrees.
