Cancer survivor vows to run Boston Marathon next year

Many competitors who had not finished the Boston Marathon when the bombs exploded have said they will return to the city to run next year.

Sina Noori made the marathon her goal after recovering from breast cancer. She was less than half a mile from the finishing line when the first bomb went off.
