Dozens of people have been injured after a tour bus overturned by a motorway in southern California.

No fatalities were reported when the bus came off Interstate 210 but a small number of passengers were taken to hospital by helicopter for further treatment.

It is understood that the bus was heading to the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino, about 40 miles (64km) from the crash site.

Huge traffic tailbacks built up as emergency service vehicles blocked the road.
