US shutdown: 'Rogue' cleaner tackles US memorials

While the US government shutdown has meant national parks and monuments have closed, one man is attempting to keep Washington's memorials clean.

Chris Cox, who calls himself the Memorial Militia, says he will continue to work in the area encompassing the Lincoln, World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War Memorials until the shutdown ends.
