Toronto Mayor Rob Ford defends his position

Toronto's mayor, who has been under pressure to quit after admitting he smoked crack cocaine and had a drinking problem, has defended his position.

Rob Ford told journalists at a news conference he was "doing well" and working with a local charity group.
