Graffiti protest over Mayor of Toronto

The Mayor of Toronto says he will challenge moves by the City Council to strip him of some of his powers, following a drink and drugs row.

Rob Ford has admitted smoking crack cocaine while in office.

Meanwhile, people have taken to chalking graffiti on the wall outside city hall in protest.
