State of the Union: Obamacare is 'helping millions'

US President Barack Obama has defended his healthcare reforms in his annual State of the Union address.

Mr Obama said the changes are helping millions get health insurance in the US.

The troubled roll out of the president's signature bill, known as "Obamacare", hit his popularity ratings hard last year.
