16 February 2014 Last updated at 13:57 GMT

A white Florida man has been convicted of the attempted murder of three unarmed black teenagers during a quarrel over loud music.

Michael Dunn had fired at their car which was playing loud rap music on 23 November 2012.

Another teenager, Jordan Davis, was killed in the incident, but the jury was unable to reach a verdict on the most serious charge of first-degree murder.

Alex Jakana reports.
