New York indie rock band Vampire Weekend say they felt much less pressure making their third album.
The band recently played a session for Radio 1's Zane Lowe at the BBC's Maida Vale studios.
Modern Vampires of the City will be released on 14 May, a week later than anticipated because of delays with the physical production of the album.
Vampire Weekend will then be back in the UK for a handful of live dates in June and July, including a show with Mumford & Sons at the Olympic Park in east London.
