X Factor final: judges and stars talk to Newsround

It's time... to face... The X Factor final!

This weekend will see either James Arthur, Jahmene Douglas or Christopher Maloney crowned The X Factor champ.

Judge Tulisa told Newsround: "I'm excited to see James' performance for the final. He's just brilliant. I would his album tomorrow if it was in the shops."

Louis Walsh said: "I've loved Jahmene from day one, so either of those two would be great winners."

The final is taking place at Manchester Central - the first time it's ever happened outside of London.

But what about the recent slip in ratings for The X Factor?

Dermot O'Leary told us: "It goes up and down, but it's still a massive show."

Louis added that it's "still the biggest, still the best show".

It seems Gary Barlow is a Newsround fan, after he tweeted about the programme on Tuesday.

He told us: "I watched it the other day, it was brilliant!"

On the final, he revealed: "This duet we [Christopher and I] are doing on Saturday night It's going to big, we've got an orchestra, we've got a gospel choir, we're going big!"
