Lady Gaga has cancelled the rest of her world tour after finding out she needs to go to hospital for surgery.

Yesterday Gaga said she was delaying shows in America and Canada because of an injury - but now the remaining 21 shows are cancelled.

On Tuesday Gaga tweeted: "I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for some time now."

"After last night's performance, I could not walk."

Fans who had bought tickets to one of the cancelled shows will be able to get a refund.
