Celebrity auction for BBC Children in Need launches today on eBay


 

Your chance to own an exclusive celebrity styled Igglepiggle design, one of the stars of award winning pre-school show In the Night Garden.

 

Mel C, Isla Fisher and Zandra Rhodes designs up for auction.

 

The countdown to BBC Children in Need 2008 begins! This year's fundraising theme is 'Do Something Different' and to celebrate, Igglepiggle, one of the stars of award-winning children's programme, In the Night Garden, has joined forces with Pudsey to invite celebrities to get creative and style him a new look.

 

Each celebrity design will be framed and auctioned on eBay from 4pm TODAY with all proceeds going to BBC Children in Need.

 

Log onto www.inthenightgarden.co.uk, click straight through to the eBay auction and let the bidding wars begin!

 

This is YOUR chance to grab an exclusive Igglepiggle design from one of our well known celebrities, including Sporty Spice Melanie C and Big Brother psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos who will also be joining the fashion extravaganza.

 

Top fashion designer Zandra Rhodes and stylists to the stars, Lucie McCullin and Emma Milne-Watson have risen to the challenge of teaching Igglepiggle how to embrace all of next season's key trends!

 

For any serious sports fans, England rugby star Will Greenwood will be joining the scrum and if you're mad about X Factor, Same Difference have also adapted their unique style to Igglepiggle's new look.

 

Watch out for hot designs from movie star and mum Isla Fisher and Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson added to the auction over the next few days.

 

Regularly seen on CBeebies, a best-selling toy and star of his own DVD, In the Night Garden's Igglepiggle is a celebrity in his own right and is supporting this campaign to raise money for a very worthwhile cause.

 

Last year's BBC Children in Need Appeal raised a record-breaking £37 million, which went to help thousands of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK who are living with a disability or in situations of neglect, abuse or deprivation.
