RADIO 3 PIANOTHONThe Pianothons are now in full swing ... Search the A-Z of Manchester performers Search the A-Z of Cardiff performers Search the A-Z of Glasgow performers Search the A-Z of Belfast performers Search the A-Z of London performers BBC Radio 3 invited amateur pianists from all over the country to come and play at Radio 3 Pianothons. Registration has now closed for these events, but all are welcome to come along.  Manchester - Sunday 5th October Glasgow - Saturday 11th October Cardiff - Saturday 11th October Belfast - Saturday 18th October London - Saturday 18th October
Each Pianothon is hosted by a Radio 3 presenter and/or a professional pianist, including Iain Burnside, Steven Osborne, Julian Joseph and Noriko Ogawa. These star pianists will be giving free exclusive masterclasses - for everyone to enjoy. 
Come and be part of a day-long feast of piano-playing. Everyone is welcome.
Some performances will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 when highlights of the events are broadcast as part of Play to the Nation, which celebrates amateur music-making in the UK on BBC Radio 3 during October. |
