Cable subscription services are available in areas that are wired for cable. Digital TV via broadband, delivered over phone lines, is beginning to expand in the UK.

Reception problems

Digital TV via cable or broadband requires a set-top box connected to your TV set. This is usually supplied with your subscription.

If you have a problem such as the picture freezing or breaking up or services disappearing, first try Resetting your set-top box.

If that does not work, and for any other problems with the service, please contact your cable or broadband supplier.
