England need new vibrancy after Andy Flower exit - Michael Vaughan
Former captain Michael Vaughan says change will be good for the England team after the departure of Andy Flower as team director .
Flower stood down after talks with England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) managing director Paul Downton on Thursday, following the 5-0 Ashes whitewash in Australia.
Vaughan says the team "hasn't evolved" and that the ECB should appoint South African Gary Kirsten as head coach, with Ashley Giles and Paul Collingwood alongside him.
