Kumar Sangakkara: Durham's new signing relishing county return
Sri Lanka batsman Kumar Sangakkara tells BBC Look North he is delighted to have joined Durham for two County Championship matches after his 2007 spell with Warwickshire "brought home a lot of truths" about how to improve his batting.
The 36-year-old has signed a short-term deal at Chester-le-Street that will see him play in the reigning champions' games with Yorkshire and Sussex.
Sri Lanka then tour Ireland and England in May and June, with two one-day internationals in Ireland before playing a Twenty20 international (20 May), five ODIs (22 May-3 June) and two Tests (12-24 June) against England.
