Worcestershire bowling coach Matt Mason tells BBC Hereford and Worcester the way the attack have started the season shows they have stepped up to the challenge of compensating for the loss of Alan Richardson.
Richardson, 39, retired after a prolific four years at New Road where he took more than 250 wickets in 60 matches.
Worcestershire have picked up 18 bowling points - the most in either divisions - in their unbeaten start to their Division Two campaign.
