Lee Johnson and Graham Alexander discuss their first months in management with BBC Late Kick Off North West's Tony Livesey.
At the age of 31, Oldham's Johnson is the youngest boss in the Football League, having replaced Paul Dickov at Boundary Park in March, while 41-year-old Alexander took his first managerial job, at Fleetwood, in December.
Johnson's Latics are safe from relegation in League One and he says he is now planning for next season.
