Sunderland 0-2 Hull: Poyet says early red card 'ruined game plan'

Sunderland boss Gus Poyet says a red card after just four minutes "changed the whole game" as his side lost 2-0 at home to Hull.

Black Cats defender Wes Brown was sent off in just the fourth minute, before goals from Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic gave Hull their first league win of the year.

Sunderland had lost just once in their previous nine league games before this defeat and Poyet says they need to "accept the defeat" and "get back to doing what we have been doing".
