Everton 2-3 Crystal Palace: Roberto Martinez on 'hurtful' defeat

Everton manager Roberto Martinez says his side's 3-2 home defeat by Crystal Palace is "a real disappointment" as they fight to claim a place in the Champions League.

The Toffees were always on the back foot as Palace raced into a two-goal lead and, despite Steven Naismith pulling one back, they went 3-1 behind before Kevin Mirallas reduced the deficit.

Defeat for the Toffees meant they remained fifth in the Premier League, a point behind Arsenal with four matches remaining.
