MOTD3: What makes a great Premier League manager?

Mark Chapman is joined by Mark Lawrenson and Alan Shearer for this week's Match of the Day 3 to discuss what attributes they think make a great manager in the Premier League.

After Ryan Giggs made a winning start to life in the dugout at Manchester United, Shearer and Lawrenson argue over who should be in charge at Old Trafford next season, with former England striker Shearer tipping Hull's Steve Bruce for the role.

Shearer, who had a spell as Newcastle manager in 2009, said being a manager was far tougher than he had imagined, while Lawrenson, who was in charge of Oxford United in 1988, said management was "a complete shock".
