Reds Hands fight back to beat Cavan in Dr McKenna final

Tyrone boss Mickey Harte says Plunkett Kane's goal before half-time was crucial to their McKenna Cup final triumph over Cavan at Armagh.

"They should have been at least eight points to four up at half-time and we would have been happy enough with that scoreline the way the first half had gone," said the Tyrone boss.

Cavan manager Terry Hyland agreed that the goal had a huge impact on the game although he felt that his team also paid for missing a number of good chances.
