Cardiff Blues' Mark Hammett a 'demanding' boss
New Cardiff Blues director of rugby Mark Hammett says the Welsh region's players will find out he is "demanding" in terms of professional standards.
The former New Zealand hooker will take the reigns after the Hurricanes' Super Rugby season ends in August.
And he says it will take around six months after he has arrived to gain a full understanding of the task at hand.
Blues announced Hammett's appointment on 18 May, 2014.
