GB Olympic skier Alcott on her 'freak' injury problems

Alpine skier Chemmy Alcott competed in her fourth Olympic Games at Sochi and while her longevity is impressive enough, the injuries she has overcome are equally astounding.

The 31-year-old and her physiotherapist Claire Lawrence reveal to BBC Sport's Nick Hope some 42 fractures the skier has suffered since starting the sport.

Alcott, who is the only Briton to have won a World Cup giant slalom run, has announced she will retire from racing after the 2014 British Alpine Championships.
