Arsenal's England Under-21 defender Calum Chambers has issued a call for fans to get behind the team in the build-up to Wednesday's group game with Italy. Gareth Southgate's Under-21s will reach the semi-finals of the European Under-21 Championship if they win, and Chambers tweets: "Preparation done for last group game. Need all your support."
