Watch Rodgers throw 'unbelievable' Hail Mary

The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Miami Dolphins while the Green Bay Packers overcame the New York Giants to advance in the NFL play-offs.

The Steelers cruised to a 30-12 victory in their AFC wildcard game in freezing temperatures of -8C in Pittsburgh.

They will travel to the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional play-offs, looking to make it nine wins in a row.

The Packers earned a visit to the Dallas Cowboys after their 38-13 victory over the Giants on Sunday.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers stunned the Giants with a 42-yard Hail Mary touchdown to Randall Cobb on the final play of the first half of the NFC wild card play-off game at Lambeau Field - one of three touchdown catches for the Green Bay receiver.

Ben Roethlisberger threw two touchdown passes to Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell ran for two touchdowns in the Steelers' dominant victory.

The Steelers' win means the Houston Texans will now play regular season leaders New England Patriots on Saturday while, in the other NFC divisional play-off game, the Seattle Seahawks will travel to the Atlanta Falcons.

The next round of games will be played on 14 and 15 January, followed by the conference championships on 22 January. The winners of those ties play in the Super Bowl on 5 February in Houston, Texas.
