London 2017 would boost athletics worldwide - Warner

UK Athletics chief Ed Warner says that if the 2017 World Championships are awarded to London it will be a boost both for the UK's "second favourite sport" and youngsters around the world.

Warner tells BBC Sport's John Sinnott how London 2017 incorporates a scheme to engage up to two million young people around the globe in sport, and that past and future GB athletes Denise Lewis and Jodie Williams will be key speakers as the International Association of Athletics Federations chooses between London and Qatar on Friday.
