Bolt breezes through 200m heat

World and Olympic champion Usain Bolt eases through to the 200m semi-finals, winning his heat in 20.66 seconds, with Britain's Delano Williams second.

The Jamaican world record holder is pleased to have the heat out of the way, saying that he is "not a morning person".

Nineteen-year-old Williams - who hails from the Turks and Caicos Islands and is newly-qualified to run for Britain - thanks UK Athletics for their support.
