Jessica Ennis-Hill: Olympic champion leads comeback heptathlon
Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill lies in first place after four events in her first heptathlon since last year's World Championships.
The 30-year-old won the 100m hurdles at the IAAF Combined Events Challenge in Germany in 13.3 seconds.
She registered 1.84m in the high jump, despite heavy rain, and 14.29m in the shot put, her best since London 2012.
A 200m time of 23.36 earned the overall lead, with the long jump, javelin and 800m to come on Sunday.
This is only Ennis-Hill's second outing of the season after an Achilles injury forced her to withdraw from June's event in Gotzis.
It is the only time she will be able to compete in a full heptathlon before heading to Rio to defend her title when the Olympics begin on 5 August.
